LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Norfolk Police Department arrested a 22-year-old man for possession of stolen property and drugs, just after authorities obtained three search warrants for the man.

On Saturday, just before 11 a.m., NPD received a call from Platte County that a stolen 2012 F-150 was seen driving in the area of ​​North 3rd Street and Elm Boulevard.

The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as 22-year-old Kobe Roan, according to the arrest affidavit.

Roan was arrested after he said he bought the vehicle from a friend but had no documentation showing he had purchased the truck.

Court records show the officer searched the truck and found Roan’s belongings along with drug paraphernalia that field tested positive for meth.

He is charged with theft by possession of more than $5,000 in stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

While he remains in custody in Madison County on the charges, new court records show Roan is under investigation after several nude videos and images of area young women were posted online in September.

Authorities said several women in the area, all of whom had relationships with Roan, had revealing images or videos of them posted on a pornography website without their consent.

Deputies are investigating to find out who posted the images and videos, and three search warrants were obtained between Madison and Boone counties to allow authorities to search Roan’s phone and other property.

Authorities also believe some of the content posted depicts minors.

Roan was not charged in the case.
