N-Dubz is back on the charts and Tulisa is back on reality TV.

Tuilsa was a huge star in the 2010s, first with her band N-Dubz and then as a judge on the then all-conquering competition. X Factor.

It has had its ups and downs since then, but recently came back into the public eye.

N-Dubz reformed in 2022 and released their comeback album a year later. UntimelyIt reached number six in the UK albums chart.

What is Tulisa’s real name and where did she grow up?

Although known simply as Tulisa, she was born Tula Paulinea Contostavlos in Camden Town, London, on 13 July 1988.

He came from a musical background. His Irish mother, Anne Byrne, was in the Jeep swing band with his three sisters, while his Greek Cypriot father, Plato Contostavlos, was a keyboardist with Mungo Jerry.

Tulisa’s mother suffers from bipolar disorder and schizoaffective disorder, which she explored in the 2010 documentary Tulisa: Mommy and Me.

Friends Dappy and Fazer formed a rap group called Lickle Rinsers Crew when they decided their sound needed something a little different.

They enlisted Tulisa, Dappy’s cousin and Frazer’s friend.

As well as performing in Camden and elsewhere, they also self-released some early songs that became pirate radio hits, gradually gaining momentum, changing their name to NW1 (after the postcode), then NW and finally N-Dubz.

Was in series eight in 2011 X Factor He said that Tulisa joined the show as a judge, replacing Cheryl Cole.

Where she made a bigger splash was with her businesses branded as Female Boss.
