Police searching for two teenagers after a seriously ill child was taken to hospital stab Injuries left after fight at North Edmonton McDonald’s.

Last Friday, officers responded to the call near 153 Boulevard and Castle Downs Road around 3:15 p.m.

“The police were informed that there was a fight between 3 young men and one young man was stabbed. Two other male youths then fled the scene, police said Tuesday.

Emergency medical teams responded to, treated and transported the seriously injured child to the hospital; Here his condition was stable.

Police do not believe the teenager was the victim of a random attack. The suspects are still at large.

No arrests have been made in the incident, which is still under investigation.

The 24-hour McDonalds store is a popular hangout where retirees can meet for coffee or students can grab a bite to eat after school. There is an indoor playground.

It’s a quiet neighborhood on the edge of neighboring Griesbach, with a number of businesses, including the nursery next door.
