South Korean actor Song Jae Rim passed away on November 12, 2024.

Accordingly YonhapThe cause of death of the 39-year-old person has not yet been determined.

Found dead at home

According to Seoul police, Song was found dead at his home in Seongdong District in Seoul at around 12:30 pm (South Korean time) on November 12.

He was found by a friend who planned to have lunch with him.

A note was also found.

Officials ruled out foul play.

Song, who rose to fame with her role in the Korean drama “The Moon Embracing The Sun”, has also appeared in other dramas such as “Cool Guys, Hot Ramen” and “We Got Married”.

Before his death, he changed his Instagram profile message to “A long journey begins.”

Song’s family told Yonhap A small funeral will be held with only family members attending.
