Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder in Cornwall after a man was reported dead in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Devon and Cornwall Police said ambulance services were called to reports of a seriously injured man at Bosmeor Park, Illogan, at around 04:20 GMT.

Police teams intervened, but it was determined that the man died at the scene. Relatives are aware of the situation.

A woman and two men were arrested and remain in police custody.

Det Ch Insp Dave Pebworth said a crime scene officer was deployed while officers continued the investigation.

“Local residents can expect to see police activity throughout the day and of course we will keep everyone informed when we receive further information,” he said.

Police are appealing for anyone with CCTV or doorbell footage in and around the immediate area of ​​Bosmeor Park to come forward with any information.
