Actor Kareena Kapoor’s crime thriller The Buckingham Murders has been receiving rave reviews from fans and critics alike. Even Amul honored the film, making Kareena proud of the Hansal Mehta-directed project.

Buckingham Murders, currently streaming on Netflix, I got a call from Amul India. The poster featured a cute version of the character played by the Amul girl and had the words ‘Baking with Makhan’ written on it.

Expressing her gratitude in an Instagram post, Kareena, who plays the role of Jasmeet Bhamra in the film, wrote, “It is so humbling and honored that our film has received this love, it is my first film as a producer, a film that I am very proud of. Acting. Thank you @amul_india. You made my year.” 25 (sic).”

The Buckingham Murders has its world premiere At the 67th BFI London Film Festival on 14 October 2023. It was released in theaters in India on September 13, 2024 and became available to watch just a few days ago.

The film also stars Ranveer Brar, Rukku Nahar and Ash Tandon. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the film is co-produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms.
