    New Hezbollah leader’s son-in-law is target of Israeli attack – report

    A recent airstrike targeting a house in the town of Ain Yaqoob in Lebanon’s northernmost Akar region reportedly targeted the son-in-law of Hezbollah’s incoming Secretary General, Naim Qasim. Hadath report on Monday.

    Lebanese news stated that this was a remote and mountainous region with a majority of Sunnis and Christians, and that this was the first attack on the city.

    Al Hadath reported that Qasim’s son-in-law survived the attack.
