In a grisly scene, two people were found dead with their necks slashed in a Brooklyn home on Sunday afternoon.

The victims, 91-year-old Roosevelt Simmons and 66-year-old Jacqueline Delyons, were killed at 186 Warwick St. in Cypress Hills. He was found brutally murdered in a two-storey house at around 16.30 by police officers responding to a 911 call. , said the police.

The bodies of both victims were on the kitchen floor, and each had slash wounds on their necks, according to the NYPD.

Police said both victims, who lived in the home, died at the scene.

Police said a male person was detained at the scene.
