CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A man was shot and taken to the hospital after a fight in Cleves Saturday evening, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department said.

According to the sheriff’s office, on Nov. 10 at approximately 6:30 p.m., Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the 6300 block of Hamilton Cleves Pike Road (SR-128).

Deputies said their investigation determined that Michael Owens Jr. was shot after a fight.

Owen was transported to University Medical Center, where he is currently receiving treatment, officials said.

His condition is unknown at this time.

Deputies said they interviewed several people at the scene, but the investigation is ongoing.
