    New York Crime: Teen fatally shot in Bronx

    MOTT HAVEN, Bronx (WABC) — A teenager shot in the Bronx has died.

    The incident happened just before 8 p.m. Saturday evening in the 600 block of Oak Terrace in Mott Haven.

    Police said the 17-year-old was shot multiple times in the back. He later died in hospital.

    There’s no word on what led to the conflict.

    Police said the suspect fled the scene, but no detailed explanation was given.
