JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – A staple in downtown Jonesboro may be in the hands of new management.

Cregeen’s on Main Street is for sale for $995,000, according to Kent Arnold of Arnold Group Real Estate.

Arnold told K8 News he doubts Cregeen will close while the property is for sale. He said he thinks it will stay the same except for new management and possibly menu changes.

He said he already saw There is a lot of interest on the internet on the property. He expects the new management to enter into the contract within the next two weeks.

Arnold did not say why the property was for sale.
