The 7-1 Bulldogs still have some margin for error when it comes to the Playoffs as they have only 1 loss. But the Rebels are up 7-2 and Lane Kiffin’s team can’t afford to lose Game 3 if they want to make the 12-team Playoffs next month.

SEC Nation host Jordan Rodgers doesn’t think Ole Miss will lose that harrowing Game 3 on Saturday afternoon. Rodgers sent Rebels fans gathered near the SEC Network into a frenzy, picking the Rebels to knock off Georgia and keep their Playoff hopes intact.

“You know what, they’re getting it done today baby, let’s go!” shouted Rodgers, the younger brother of New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Before choosing Ole Miss, Rodgers admitted that Georgia had never lost to teams other than Alabama and that the Rebels hadn’t exactly been successful in beating truly elite teams in recent years. But that didn’t stop Rodgers from taking Ole Miss, and it also didn’t stop Rodgers from crowd-surfing right after trusting the Rebels.

We’ll find out later on Saturday whether Rodgers is right or if his selection is just misplaced flattery.
