Highs return to near-record levels today.

Today the sky is partly sunny and temperatures are warming into the 80s. Most places will see highs in the mid-80s, but a few locations could reach the upper 80s, which is near record highs.

A nice easterly breeze will continue to bring moderately moist air from the Atlantic this afternoon. This breeze will cause occasional showers
afternoon. Any rain will last only a few minutes and move quickly. Most people won’t see any rain today.

Similar weather is expected on Sunday; Plenty of warmth and highs in the upper 80s. A quick shower is also possible.

There won’t be any major changes in weather conditions over the next few days, with highs remaining in the 80s for most of the week. A front could move in towards the end of the week, giving us a chance for cooler weather through the end of the week.
