Palm Beach will close city offices for Veterans Day; recreational facilities opened

Municipal offices will be closed on Monday due to the Veterans Day holiday.

No construction or landscaping work will be permitted, but all recreational facilities will be open and lifeguards will be on duty at the town’s beaches.

The Par 3 Golf Course will be open from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., the Mandel Recreation Center will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Seaview Tennis will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center will be open from 7.30am to 8pm, and the Town Marina office will be open from 8am to 5pm.

All seven-day commercial trash will be serviced as usual. The five-day service will resume on Tuesday. Residential trash pickup will be available only for residences between Palm Beach Inlet and Kawama Lane. No other residential areas in the district will be served.

All recycling collections will be serviced as usual.

There will be no garbage collection in the garden on Monday. Stash areas will be serviced during housing collection between Tuesday and Friday.
