Seneca Falls man charged with grand theft after burglary investigation

A Seneca Falls resident was arrested Wednesday after a local business reported the theft, according to authorities.

Kenneth A. Murray, 44, was taken into custody after an investigation determined that he left the building without paying for the goods at around 15:26 on November 6.

Murray now faces a charge of Grand Theft in the fourth degree, a class E felony.

Following his arrest, Murray was given a hearing and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls City Court at a later date to address the charges.
