Iconic ‘Candyman’ actor Tony Todd reportedly dies at 69

(Gray News) – According to media reports, actor Tony Todd, known for portraying the title character in the “Candyman” movies, died at the age of 69.

A representative for Todd reportedly confirmed his death Diversity on Friday.

Todd died on Wednesday, November 6, at his home in Marina Del Rey, California.

The cause of death has not yet been confirmed.

Todd was born on December 4, 1954 in Washington, DC.
