Tuesday was a big day for college football. The Vols and 11 other schools found themselves in the top 12-team playoff seeding poll, with the Vols ranked No. 7 with a projection of No. 8.

Talking Tennessee with Caleb Sisk would make a video about fellow Tennessee native and SI writer Tanner Johnson discussing the top 12 seeds.

Two Tennessee writers at SI would put their own fun spin on the rankings, with a higher or lower ranking for each team in the top 12.

Johnson and Sisk would also continue to talk about the Vols’ chances of staying in the top 12 with a tough game against Georgia. The Vols will travel for this game. While it’s very possible for the Vols to pull it off with two losses, it’s not a guarantee like it would be if they beat the Bulldogs in Athens, which is marked by many Vols fans as the toughest game on the schedule.
