BULLOCK COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) – A woman died in Barbour County after a two-car crash involving a tractor trailer.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, a car collided with a tractor trailer around 1:30 p.m.

Tykeria Sturdivant, 27, of Louisville, He was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene. The seat belt was not fastened at the time of the accident.

The driver of the tractor trailer was transported to Barbour Medical Center in Eufaula for treatment.

The crash occurred about three miles south of Midway on Alabama Highway 51.

ALEA Police are continuing the investigation.
