Gold members can purchase their own season ticket seats starting at 12pm on Friday, November 15; these tickets will be reserved online and will be held until 12:00pm on Tuesday, November 19th. Gold members will not be charged any booking fees during this priority period.

If you are a Gold member and have a discounted season ticket, your seat is already reserved at the correct discount. This can be found in the “My Account” section under reserved seats. If you would like to upgrade to an adult ticket, you will be able to change this online at the time of booking. Please note that if you are upgrading but want to revert before making a purchase, you will need to log out and log in again to return your seat to the original discount.

Voting System for Disabled Access Members

Tuesday, November 19 at 14.00 Successful applicants will have the opportunity to purchase tickets during the designated priority booking period as stated on the ticket information page. Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer

If a Member is unable to attend a match for which they have been successful in voting and the match is sold out, they will have the option of submitting their ticket to our Ticket Exchange platform. Thus, other fans will be able to buy tickets and enjoy the match. This ticket information page will be updated when a fixture sells out and Ticket Exchanges are available.

Ticket Transfer is available for Season Ticket Holders when the game is available online (4-8 weeks before the match).

Disability Access members who wish to list their tickets on the Ticket Exchange must complete the online form. Here. Digital Tickets
All tickets purchased by Arsenal Members for the 24/25 season will be loaded onto their Digital Membership Card. Members can download their Digital Card from the Official Arsenal app. Once the digital pass is added to an Apple or Android wallet, all purchased tickets will automatically appear on the digital pass approximately one week before the relevant match. All new Members who purchase their membership close to a fixture will be emailed their ticket if their digital pass is not already available on the Arsenal App.

All tickets accepted through Ticket Transfer will be emailed to buyers.
