WEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) – Adam Charged with shooting death of Cuban reggaeton artist El Taiger He was sent back to South Florida.

Damián Valdez-Galloso was extradited from New York on Wednesday and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Center in West Miami-Dade.

The 49-year-old was charged with second-degree murder.

Police said Valdez-Galloso shot and killed famous singer José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar in Hialeah last month.

El Taiger found in an abandoned SUV on October 3 near Jackson Memorial Hospital and died in hospital about a week later.
