PHILADELPHIA – eagles defender Dean of Nakobe Read the wheel route that Jacksonville Jaguars’ D’Ernest Johnson ran late in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game. The Jaguars were advancing down the field and looking to mount a significant comeback after falling behind by as much as 22-0. Dean was beaten in the same manner by Kenneth Gainwell during a public workout this summer and again during his college days at the University of Georgia. But this time he was in position to make the play, intercepting the pass and helping the Eagles find the goal. 28-23 win to improve to 6-2.

“It felt good to have everyone come up and congratulate me,” Dean said. “It was good to call the play.”
