FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – One person is dead in a crash in Florence County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred Oct. 27 on U.S. 52, eight miles south of Florence, when a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado left the roadway, rolled into a ditch, and struck multiple trees.

The driver was rushed to an area hospital and died on November 4.

The driver was the only one.
