Clear’s New Door-to-Door Service Will Make Air Travel Easier Than Ever – What You Need to Know

Clear is upping the game with a VIP curbside-to-door escort service that members can book to make their airport experience seamless.

The option is called Clear Ambassador AidThe biometric company confirmed that it was first launched on October 31. Travel + Entertainment. The program is currently available at Denver International Airport (DEN), Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Orlando International Airport (MCO).

With the Ambassador Assistant program, passengers can book a curbside-to-door escort that will take them directly to the departure gate or to an airport lounge or restaurant, or a curbside Clear escort that will drop them off at airport security. . In both programs, a Clear employee greets passengers when they arrive and assists them with luggage.

Curbside-to-door service starts at $149, while curbside-to-door service starts at $49. Passengers flying out of Orlando can currently try the programs for free, according to Clear’s website.

Reservations are required for both programs at least 10 hours in advance. While the program is only open to Clear Plus members, children under 17 can join for free.

This service is available whether travelers have it or not. TSA PreCheck or not.

To make a reservation, passengers must first select the airport they will be flying from, select their airline, select the service they want to book, and then select a day and time slot.

A Clear spokesman said the company plans to expand the service to “many” other airports in the coming months.

The service costs $199 per year for one person, or an additional $119 per person to add a family member.
