Hill Valley Dairy is opening a new bar in Walker’s Point, where every drink is paired with a cheese.

The bar is located in the former space of Clock Shadow Creamery, which closed its storefront in December 2023 after 11 years.

The new concept will serve Hill Valley cheeses in the former dairy’s retail space with a bar, lounge and small dining room.

Hill Valley Dairy previously opened a cheese bar in Lake Geneva featuring wine and cheese pairings. Walker’s Point will have a similar concept but will also feature a craft cocktail menu, according to Josie Henningfeld, who runs Hill Valley Dairy.

Hill Valley Dairy will still have a retail component for prepared cheese and a cut-to-order cheese box behind the bar.
