Officials warn the public to be patient as it may take days for unofficial results to be received, depending on the closeness of the races. The Associated Press will begin reporting the results when the polls close at 8 p.m. find them here.

‘What do I need to bring with me to vote?’

If you are voting for the first time or voting for the first time since a change of address, you will need to bring your identification with you. This may include any government-issued identification such as a driver’s license or U.S. passport, a utility bill or bank statement with your name and address, or a military ID or student ID. How to report an issue or get voting information when voting?

If you need last-minute voting information, you can get official responses from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling 1-877-VOTESPA. non-partisan Election Protection Coalition It also has its own hotline: 866-OUR-VOTE.

If you would like to complain about something you encountered while voting, you can call the state’s hotline (1-877-VOTESPA) or reach the department using this number. format.

What you need to know before going to the polls

What those who will go to the polls need to know:

• Polling is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Double check your polling place. Here.

• In addition to neutral poll workers, you may also encounter partisan poll watchers who have permission to observe polling places. Here’s what they can and can’t do.

• Do you have a completed mail ballot? You can deliver it until 20.00 today. Some satellite offices and mailboxes will close before this date. so make sure you check your local details.

• Got a mail ballot but want to vote in person? Bring all your materials with you to the polling place.

• You requested a vote by mail but it didn’t arrive? You can still vote using a provisional ballot.

• If you’re facing a last-minute issue and can’t get to the polls, you may qualify for emergency absentee voting. Learn about here.

As in 2020, be prepared to be patient this week and beyond. Election officials can only begin processing mail and absentee ballots this morning. This means it may take days for all unofficial results to be reported.
