At least 3,458 issues have been resolved on the spot since the samadhan shivirs began on October 22, an official spokesperson said.

Prime Minister Nayab Singh Saini directed that these camps should be maintained from 9 am to 11 pm and the grievances of the people should be heard.

The spokesperson said that till Monday, as many as 5,430 people from 22 districts of the state had reached the samadhan shivirs with their problems. Of these, 3,458 problems were resolved on site.

“Complainants are being informed of the status of any remaining issues, which will be resolved soon,” the spokesperson said. Complaints about these camps are also followed by the General Secretariat. At the review meeting, the CM instructed the authorities to prepare a development action plan according to the needs of the people and resolve them as soon as possible.
