SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Shreveport police responded to reports of a stabbing on Oakwood Drive on November 2 just after 10:30 p.m.

CRIME AT ARKLATEX

Officers say 17-year-old Jaminah Clark got involved in the fight and allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim.

SPD said Clark showed verbal and passive resistance when trying to arrest him and did not comply with commands. They eventually managed to take him into custody.

Clark was charged with aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting an officer. The victim is expected to recover.
