The CBI said Gonzalez-Cabrera’s phone rang in the area of ​​Monaco Street and Evans Boulevard as of 1:15 p.m. Monday.

Gonzalez-Cabrera was described as a Hispanic female, 6 feet tall and 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. CBI said they did not know what he was last wearing.
