Cream puffs have a double layer of puff-choux on the inside and a pie crust on the outside. The filling is made with a mixture of whipped cream and vanilla bean cream, and it also comes with chocolate and matcha. Currently located at 53rd Street and St. Mark has a place.

Longtime Tribalist Jane Freeman sent me photos of the neighborhood taken in the 1980s and ’90s during our quest to find a picture of 317 Greenwich. And with that he found this photo: Dudley’s Claw, The diorama created by Yvonne Fox for the Thanksgiving store, which was located at 325 Greenwich for 27 years until 2019. “It was a treat for the turkeys and other animals,” Jane said. “I also made a diorama of the entire store owned by Yvonne Fox, showing the interior and exterior.”
