A traffic stop led to the arrests of Steven Emery, 34, of Yonkers, and Shelby Rose Rowe, 27, of Vermont, on felony drug charges.

New York state police stopped the vehicle Wednesday night for multiple violations. The investigation revealed approximately 110 grams of cocaine and approximately four grams of cocaine on Rowe.

Emery and Rowe are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and intent to sell.

They were arraigned in East Fishkill Court and held without bail in the Dutchess County Jail.
