The current situation

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for home matches will be sold through a voting system exclusively for Arsenal members.

Members will have a designated window to enter the ballot. If all supporters meet the requirements, you can choose to register individually or as a group of up to four members. You can participate at any stage of the registration period; Your chances of success will remain the same.

For Silver and Red ballots, you can register your interest to have your group voted on in our family-oriented area located in blocks 28, 29 and half of block 30. This is subject to availability and requirements and your group has been voted into any of the other slots selected in your application.

If you’re eligible, you can select up to two preferred price ranges during the registration process. If you are not successful in any of your preferred price ranges, you can choose to have the remaining areas voted on as well.

Please note that if your payment card is declined your application will fail.

Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer

Access to the Ticket Exchange service will be limited to members who fail to vote. This service may also be made available to other members, and these details will be provided on a match-by-match basis on the relevant ticket information page.

Once the Silver vote has concluded, unsuccessful Silver members will have priority access to the Ticket Exchange service. Once the red vote is concluded, all unsuccessful members will have access.

Unless stated otherwise, Arsenal season ticket holders will be able to transfer their tickets to friends and family once Silver voting coincides with the launch of the Ticket Exchange service.

Unless stated otherwise, both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services will close three hours prior to kick-off and those purchasing tickets through the Ticket Transfer service must accept the ticket transfer before the cut-off date.

Digital Tickets

All tickets purchased by members for the 2024/25 season will be loaded onto digital membership cards via the official Arsenal app.

Once the digital pass is added to an Apple or Android wallet, all purchased tickets will automatically appear on the digital pass approximately one week before the relevant match; more information.

New members who purchase their membership near a fixture will receive their ticket via an email attachment if their digital pass is not available on the app.

All tickets accepted through the Ticket Transfer service will be sent via email.
