Singham Again has finally hit the theaters on the occasion of Diwali. It clashed with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 in theatres. Both are doing good business in theaters in the country and abroad. Despite having a very limited release, Ajay Devgn and Kartik Aaryan’s films managed to enter the top 10 domestically at the box office in North America.

It is the third part of the Singham series led by Ajay Devgn. Kareena Kapoor returns as Avni. In the first movie, Kajal Aggarwal played Ajay’s love interest. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film stars Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor and Jackie Shroff. Deepika Padukone also made her debut as DCP Shakti Shetty in Shetty’s cop universe. Arjun Kapoor plays the villain in Singham Again. It ranked 9th in the domestic top 10, behind Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

For those who don’t know, Bhool Bhulaiyaa’s first weekend collection is on par with Singham Again. Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan’s horror comedy also picked up $2.1 million in its first weekend at the North American box office. The trade analyst’s report also stated that Rohit Shetty’s action film has been picked up. $22.3 million worldwide on its opening weekend. Meanwhile, Kartik’s film $20.4 million globally.
