LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man is in the hospital after being shot in the Park DuValle neighborhood Sunday afternoon.

On November 3, around 3:30 p.m., Louisville Police responded to a call of a shooting in the 1600 block of South 28th Street. Police arrived at the scene to find the person who was shot. They administered first aid until emergency services arrived and took him to UofL Hospital.

The man was awake and conscious during the transfer and is expected to survive.
