PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A 5-year-old girl who was shot in Philadelphia on Sunday has died.

The incident occurred just before 2:30 p.m. at a home in the 3800 block of I Street in the city’s Juniata Park neighborhood.

Police stated that upon examination at the scene, the young girl was found with a gunshot wound to her face.
