Controversial YouTuber Johnny Somali has been attacked again in South Korea, where locals are fed up with his inappropriate antics. This is at the point where they’re offering a reward for information on his whereabouts.

Broadcaster Johnny Somali, known for his provocative behavior while traveling abroad, once again faced reactions during his visit to South Korea.

In September 2024, he kissed the Statue of Peace, a famous monument dedicated to the memory of South Korean victims of sexual slavery by Japanese troops during World War II, sparking outrage among locals.

This incident is just one in a series of controversial actions that have sparked strong reactions among the South Korean public.

On October 31, a conflict with a stranger during a live broadcast turned into physical violence; The stranger attacked Somali, causing him to fall to the ground.

The video spread quickly on social media platforms such as Twitter/X and redditMany viewers praised the frustrated locals who confronted and attacked Somalia. “So she’s off to spawn camp,” one person wrote.

“Koreans don’t fuck around,” another commented. “Damn, Koreans are tough AF. We salute you,” added a third. “To be fair people have been saying this for a while now it was just a matter of when,” another said.

One user said a South Korean YouTuber gave him a “prize” and asked locals to follow him. “Because he was given the green light in the Korean YouTube community,” they shared. “A Korean YouTuber has put up a reward of 1 million won (about $770) for information on his whereabouts.”

This incident followed a previous argument. He was punched in the face by a Somali sniper, leaving him with a cut above his eye.

The controversial broadcaster has since Charged twice with assault and drug use while in South Koreaand his behavior was even discussed in the country’s parliament.
