Inquirer/New York Times/Siena College poll shows Donald Trump and Kamala Harris nearly tied in Pennsylvania

Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump are nearly tied in Pennsylvania, according to a new Philadelphia Inquirer/New York Times/Siena College poll of likely voters.

About 48 percent of those surveyed said they supported Harris and 48 percent said they supported Trump; This reflects tensions in what many consider the most important volatile situation.

Previous Inquirer/Times/Siena College polls in Pennsylvania in September and early October showed: Harris ahead by 4 percentage pointsThis suggests that Trump may have gained ground. In a more recent poll, people who had already voted for a third-party candidate were excluded from the results.

The new poll surveyed 1,527 voters in Pennsylvania from Oct. 29 to Nov. 2. The margin of error was 3.5%.

Both candidates and their running mates are making multiple campaign stops in the Keystone State in the final two days of the race. On Monday, Trump will hold events in Pittsburgh and Reading, while Harris will planned a get-out-the-vote concert rally that evening on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Published in The Times on Sunday Polls of other swing statesIt shows Harris leading narrowly in Wisconsin, North Carolina, Nevada and Georgia, and Trump leading in Arizona and Michigan.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
