ST. PAUL, Minnesota (FOX 9) – Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office says a man was taken into custody after a woman was found dead in a house.

Law enforcement officials said they responded to a domestic assault call just before noon on Saturday, Nov. 2, at a home in the 800 block of 1st Avenue West in Edgerton, Minn.

Deputies later detained “a male subject” and found a dead woman in the home.

The Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office said there is no danger to the public.
