Maybe it shouldn’t be a surprise that the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Milwaukee Bucks, but Donovan Mitchell capped it off with great drama.

The Cavaliers’ star broke the hearts of the struggling Bucks by scoring a mid-range winner with 0.3 seconds left in the game and improving his team’s record to 7-0. The result pushes the Cavaliers to a win, tying the best start in franchise history.

Mitchell finished the game with 30 points and 4 assists.

The endgame negated big nights from Damian Lillard (41 points on 24 shooting, 9 assists) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (34 points, 16 rebounds, 9 assists). Lillard was ready to be the hero at home when he made the shot with 9.8 seconds left. Unfortunately, Dame Time wasn’t the end of it.

The rest of the Bucks combined for 38 points on 15-of-38 shooting from the field.

Unfortunately, the theme of the Bucks’ season so far has been crushing defeat. They entered the year as top prospects in their first season under head coach Doc Rivers and have been a disaster so far, going 1-5.
