“I’m not always going to like what I see in the mirror after a workout, but I love sharing it with the world because it’s something I’m proud of. It’s been amazing to see me motivate others,” she said. “I want to inspire the people around me because that’s what my dad did for me, that’s what my mom did for me growing up. That was it.”

But according to Zeiders, what makes someone sexy is more than just good looks. “I don’t just look at physical attractiveness, I also look at what else makes you sexy. Is it your brain? Do I like your tastes, tastes, and certain things in life?” he says. “(That’s) I think when I go on a date I’m trying to see if someone is attractive and if I can see we’re going somewhere.”
