Lenny Kravitz reportedly has no hard feelings towards Channing Tatum.

The 60-year-old rocker recently teased plans for his daughter, actress Zoë Kravitz, 35, and actor Channing, 44, to marry – but the couple split last week, almost exactly a year after they got engaged.

A source told Page Six about the musician’s perspective on the breakup: “He understands that these things happen and just wants them both to be happy.”

The insider added that Lenny and Channing have grown “really close” over the past few years; The source noted that the actor “feels a strong connection with Lenny as well” and that “the feeling is mutual on Lenny’s end.”

Zoe and Channing have reportedly been “in contact” since their split, with a separate source telling Page Six: “There have been no dramatic disagreements between Channing and Zoe.

“They really drifted apart and decided it was best for them to go their separate ways.

“(They) handled the breakup very maturely (after) mutually realizing that they were better off with friends than romantic partners.”

A second source said Zoe has remained optimistic about her career since the pair split, saying she “has a lot on her mind.”

Zoë was also reportedly in high spirits at a Halloween party following her split from Channing.

Despite Zoë and Channing’s split, a separate source told UsWeekly that there’s a chance the couple’s romance could rekindle as they work together on the next project.

The former couple will begin filming the upcoming ‘Alpha Gang’ in spring 2025, and an insider said: “Movie is their passion, so it could bring them back together.

“They thrive when they’re on set together and they’ll be able to handle this. “They are both very professional and there is no bad blood between them.”
