Two gates on Highway 2 that provide access to Thompson Park in southeast Butte are closed for the season. They will reopen on May 1.

The Sherry Lesar School of Nursing at Montana Technological University is the newest member of the Zeta Upsilon at-Large Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. HELENA – The Montana Medical Association Board of Trustees recently selected a slate of officers to serve through September 2025; among them the new vice president, Dr. Shawna M. Yates, DO, Butte, is also involved.
