Morrisville, NY — Troopers say a 38-year-old man threatened a teenager and stabbed another man with a knife at a bar in Madison County this weekend.

Nicholas B. West, 38, of Oneida, was charged with first-degree assault, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.

Trooper Jennifer Jiron, a state police spokeswoman, said 911 callers on Saturday responded to West’s 97 Main St. in the village of Morrisville. He said that he reported that he was acting aggressively at the bar called The Fort, located at .
