A Philadelphia man has been charged after police say he fired a gun during a fight in Clifton Heights.

Clifton Heights police arrested Azael Perales, 40, after police identified him as the man who opened fire on another person during a street fight in the 400 block of South Springfield Road shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday.

No one was injured.

Perales was charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, endangering another person, weapon possession and affray.

He was arraigned by District Judge Tammi L. Forbes, who set cash bail at 10% of $75,000, which Perales was unable to post, and was taken to the George W. Hill Correctional Institution, the Delaware County jail.

Perales has a preliminary hearing before District Judge Kelly A. Micozzie-Aguirre on Nov. 12.
