Things haven’t been going exactly as planned for British Airways over the last few weeks. The UK’s national carrier was voted one of the best airlines in the world by both countries. Now BA is facing backlash—some—on another issue: changes to business class benefits. The airline has decided to stop serving three-course dinners to business class passengers on flights departing after 21:00. Instead, BA will only serve main courses and desserts.
