The courts today issued summary judgment by Judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah ordering Najib Abdul Razak to join his defense in the 1MDB case.

Sequerah ruled, inter alia, that Najib had a responsibility to take reasonable steps to establish whether the US$620 million deposited into his account and later returned resulted from illegal activities.
