YORK COUNTY, Neb. (KSNB) – The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating a crash on Interstate 80 in York County Tuesday morning.

NSP said a semi entered the median and crashed into guardrails near mile marker 358, just west of the Waco exit.

Star Care was called to transport the driver to Bryan West in Lincoln. I-80 was closed briefly to allow the helicopter to land.

One lane of eastbound I-80 was closed for a time Tuesday while the crash scene was investigated.

The driver’s condition is unknown at this time.
