The Los Angeles Rams are a good example of how the NFL trading block changes every week.

Rams looked like dealers a week ago. Then they got Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp back, beat the Minnesota Vikings to improve to 3-4, and maybe they’re not sellers anymore. Maybe that will change again before the deadline next Tuesday, though.

With so many bad teams approaching the deadline in the NFL, there should be a lot of sellers, a lot of buyers, and a lot of action at the deadline. Here are 10 actions that need to happen:

49ers trade Jets WR Davante Adams

When the Jets traded Adams, it was a bad idea. Everyone knew this. They were after their lost ones. And now with it Jets in an embarrassing 2-6It’s time to re-evaluate everything. Why not trade Adams to a team that needs him? Maybe a team like the 49ers and Brandon Aiyuk who lost their No. 1 receiver. The 49ers aren’t short on receiver, but Adams could help. As long as Aaron Rodgers allows the Jets to trade his friend, there’s no good reason for the Jets to keep him. Realistically, a trade won’t happen because the Jets are a tire fire of an organization, but it needs to happen.

Lions trade for DE Chase Young

Let’s not get caught up in fantasies about Maxx Crosby or Myles Garrett being moved. The Raiders and Browns may not be good, but they’re not trading those franchise players unless someone makes a ridiculous offer. That doesn’t mean the Lions couldn’t get a smaller deal to replace Aidan Hutchinson. There are a few options, but Young has a bit of an advantage. He’s far from perfect, but if he’s healthy and motivated, he can be an effective pass rusher for a Super Bowl-qualified team like the 49ers were last season. And the Saints… let’s talk about them.

Saints trade with almost anyone

No team needs a complete reset more than the Saints. they became I was stuck in mediocrity for a while and they collapsed in the last six games. It’s time to tear it down. They have a number of aging veterans who can help a team win, including defensive end Chase Young, running back Alvin Kamara, linebacker Demario Davis and even defensive end Cam Jordan. But Saints extend two-year extension to Kamara It’s a sign that the most short-sighted team in the NFL in recent memory will keep their veterans, which would be really stupid and totally on brand for the Saints. At the very least, Young and his one-year deal should be taken care of. We will see.

Vikings trade Jaguars LT Cam Robinson

Offensive players are hard to come by in trades (even bad teams don’t want their QBs destroyed) but the Jaguars have a few that could bring a lot of value in a trade. Three names speculated about: tackle Cam Robinson, guard Brandon Scherff and tackle Walker Little. Robinson makes perfect sense for the Vikings, who lost left tackle Christian Darrisow to a season-ending knee injury. The Seahawks also need to keep in touch with the Jaguars because they need line help, too. If the Jaguars decide to trade a lineman or two, there will be plenty of teams interested.

Steelers trade Jets WR Mike Williams

There’s a rule that teams can’t return players they traded for. for two yearsThis also headlines the return of Diontae Johnson. There are other receivers who could fill the massive void the Steelers are trying to fill with George Pickens. Williams is unhappy with the Jets and there’s little point in keeping him. He could give the Steelers another option.

Ravens trade for Rams CB Tre’Daviol White

The Ravens are a very good team with big problems. They have arguably the worst pass defense in the NFL. Baltimore allowed a 115.3 passer rating, second-worst in the NFL and better than the Lions. The Ravens are allowing an NFL-worst 291.4 passing yards per game, 20 more than any other team. The Rams signed White, once an All-Pro with the Bills, trade search warrant. Injuries have sapped much of White’s talent, but it may not cost much for the Ravens to find out if he can help a porous secondary.

Cowboys trade for Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert

Looks like the Cowboys’ season is overbut they are only 3-4. It’s not too late. They’re not going “all in” as rumored months ago, but no team needs a running back more than Dallas. Them Derrick passed HenryHe claims they can’t afford him, showing their cheapness in this position. The move here should be Alvin Kamara going to the Cowboys, but the Saints giving Kamara a contract extension is a sign they’re going to keep him for some stupid reason. Mostert is 32 and cheap enough for Jerry Jones to accommodate him, and the Dolphins need to find representation for rookie Jaylen Wright. And the 2-5 Dolphins shouldn’t be keeping a 32-year-old running back anyway.

Chiefs trade with Patriots for CB Jonathan Jones

The veteran cornerback is in the final year of his contract and it wouldn’t be right for the Patriots to hold on to older players. The Chiefs are weak at cornerback, one of the few weak spots on the defense. With Josh Uche traded to Kansas City, it would make sense for the Chiefs and Patriots to find a way to include Jones in a trade. Still, it would make sense for both parties.

Falcons trading for Browns DE Za’Darius Smith

The Falcons traded for Matthew Judon, and he still ranks near the bottom of the NFL with 15 sacks. Maybe another trade could work. Smith has five sacks this season and the Browns, who are 2-6, shouldn’t be talking to them about getting into the playoff race. Smith can help Falcons team looking good on track to win NFC South after defeating Buccaneers.

Chargers traded for Panthers WR Adam Thielen

The Chargers are 4-3 and in the playoff mix. They are also one of the weakest teams at receiver in the NFL. Rookie Ladd McConkey was good, but Joshua Palmer couldn’t do much and Quentin Johnston languished after a slow start. Thielen could make sense as short-term help for Justin Herbert. The Panthers shouldn’t ask too much from the 34-year-old, who is coming off a quiet season, and this will give Thielen a chance to play on a good team towards the end of his career.
