This eye-catching promotion was first announced by real estate agent Gaurav Gupta on social media and became a huge hit. The tweet was captioned, “Noida has a new Villa Project coming for 26 Cr and 1 Lamborghini is offered with each of them!” was written.

The villa’s price of Rs 26 crore may seem surprising, but this only takes into account the basic villa. In a subsequent tweet, Mr Gupta noted that many additional costs were added to the overhead. These extra charges include 30 lakh rupees for designated parking, 7.5 lakh rupees for power backup and another 7.5 lakh rupees for club membership.

Additionally, buyers who want a villa with a picturesque golf course view will have to pay an additional Rs 50 lakh. These additional costs bring the total price to a range of Rs 26.95 to Rs 27.45, depending on the amenities chosen.

The proposal created great controversy on social media. While some users were upset at the prospect of owning both a lavish villa and a flashy supercar, others wondered whether this promotion was truly a game-changer or just a gimmick. Some users also questioned the value proposition, thinking that the base price of the villa did not include additional costs.
