Farmington, NY – A man has been charged with arson following a weekend house fire in Ontario County, according to New York State Police.

Troopers say 22-year-old Zachary Fisher recklessly caused a fire at a home on Wheatstone Drive in the town of Farmington around 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Fisher was charged with fourth-degree felony arson and given a hearing.

He will return to Farmington Town Court on November 26.

A reason has not yet been published. State Police say this is an ongoing investigation.
