Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexually abusing 10-year-old boy in new lawsuit

In 2005, the parents of a 10-year-old boy from Los Angeles wanted to help their son’s budding career and flew with him to New York to meet people in the music industry.

Sean Combs He told the counselor the family hired that he wanted to meet with the child alone, according to a new civil lawsuit filed Monday in New York.

The lawsuit said the plaintiff sang several rap songs for Combs in a hotel room and told the boy, referred to in the suit as John Doe, that he could “make him a star.”

“Combs asked Plaintiff how much he wanted to be a star and what Plaintiff would do to become a star. Plaintiff, like any ten-year-old, replied that he would ‘do anything,'” the lawsuit said.

At that time, one of the people present gave the boy a soda, which made him feel “kind of funny,” according to the lawsuit.

“After Plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling the effects, Combs told Plaintiff to approach him, which Plaintiff did. Combs then suddenly pushed Plaintiff down and said words to the effect of ‘you have to do some things you don’t want to do sometimes,'” according to the lawsuit. The incident was alleged in one of two new lawsuits filed against Combs on Monday.

In a separate civil lawsuit, Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy who was auditioning for the reality show “Making the Band” under the guise of questioning how the teen would “deal with situations involving sexual pressure.”

Combs groped the teenager during a three-day audition and “emphasized Plaintiff’s power to control his future in the music industry,” the lawsuit said.

During a second interview, Combs “instructed Plaintiff to undress, explaining that Plaintiff needed to demonstrate her ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona, which was allegedly essential to the group’s image,” the lawsuit said. “This encounter also escalated into Combs forcing Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him.”

On the third day of the auditions, Combs allegedly forced the plaintiff to engage in oral sex with her bodyguard. The teenager was eliminated from the competition after hesitating, “with Combs claiming that Plaintiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on the bodyguard,” the lawsuit said.

The lawsuits were filed by attorneys Andrew van Arsdale and Tony Buzbee, who said they are considering claims from more than 100 alleged Combs victims. Many have already been filed in recent weeks.

ABC News has reached out to Combs’ attorney for comment on the two latest lawsuits.

Combs has denied the allegations against him. Defense attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos said in a court filing on October 15 that the allegations made by the unnamed plaintiffs “range from falsehood to outright absurdity” and called for their determination.

Combs, who was arrested last month about extensive sex trafficking accusationsHe pleaded not guilty in this case. As part of his plea, Combs’ lawyers asked the judge to order federal prosecutors to release the identities of his accusers.
